We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to join our team and support the development and maintenance of HR solutions based on Oracle technologies. We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud who is comfortable working in project environments and communicating fluently in English.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting and developing solutions based on Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Configuring and administering Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Collaborating with business and technical teams.
- Analyzing requirements and implementing system changes.
- Ensuring security and proper configuration within Oracle Cloud HCM Security.
- Participating in projects related to Core HR and HR system integrations.
You fit in, if you meet these requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Security.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM products.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
- Fluent English skills (minimum B2/C1 level).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
